Health Tips ~ Benefits of Juices

 

 


If you have a stuffy nose,

Insert a few drops of carrot juice in each nostril every hour. Also, you can try the mix of 1 part carrot juice, 1 part vegetable oil and a few drops of lemon. Insert the mix in each nostril a few times a day.

 

If you have an angina,

Prepare a mix of carrot juice and honey, add some water. Gargle your throat a few times a day.

 

If you have a cough,

You can cook the carrot syrup ( boil carrot juice with some sugar ). Or Just mix raw carrot juice with honey ( 1:1 ) and take 1 table spoon of the mix 4-5 times a day.

 

If you have bronchitis, laryngitis, tracheitis, pneumonia or a dry cough,

Try this great remedy. Especially it will help children. Mix 1 part raw carrot juice with 1 part milk. You can also add some honey. Take 1 table spoon of the mix 5-6 times a day.

 

If your gums are inflamed or you have stomatitis,

Gargle your mouth with carrot juice.

 

If you get a burn,

Mix 1 part cabbage juice with 1 raw egg white. Apply the mix on your burnt area.

 

If you have a wound that is not healing,

Rub some cabbage juice into your tender spot.

 

If you have rheumatism:

1) Mix 1 glass of asparagus juice with 1 table spoon of honey. Take the mix 3 times a day ( 3 glasses for a day )

2) Mix 1/2 glass nettle juice with 1 table spoon of honey. Take the mix 3 times a day.
